When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and Google account identifier.

Uploaded Documents

When you upload a PDF for processing, we store the file and its extracted content on our secure cloud infrastructure. We do not read, review, or share the contents of your documents.

Usage Data

We track page processing counts, feature usage, and service interactions to enforce plan limits and improve our service.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

Your uploaded documents are stored on DigitalOcean Spaces with encryption at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-CBC.

• Starter: 365 days
• Pro: 730 days
• Business: Indefinite

5. Third-Party Services

• Google Gemini — Powers our OCR engine.
• Stripe — Handles payment processing.
• Google — If you use Google sign-in or Drive integration.
• Dropbox / Microsoft — If you use cloud integrations.
• DigitalOcean — Cloud infrastructure and file storage.

6. Your Rights

Your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.
